To have your suspect Lead containing material tested by our EPA Approved Lead Testing Laboratory, follow the instructions listed in this document <http://www.epa.gov/lead/leadtest.pdf>
After following the EPA sampling instructions, Send your Paint Chip, Soil, Dust or Drinking Water sample(s) along with one of our CHAIN OF CUSTODY FORMS, select the Turnaround that you would like your results given to you and enclose a Check or Money order for that amount.
