1.Remove blue pin from the bottom of the cyclex-d.
2.Simply connect one end of tubing (5 feet or less) to the bottom of the cyclex-d (No adapters are necessary).
3.Connect the other end of tubing to a pump precalibrated to a flow rate of 20 lpm.
4.Remove red cap from the top of the cyclex-d.
5.Turn pump on and pull a sample for 10 minutes, depending on environment (See ``Sampling Intervals").
6.When sampling is complete, replace blue pin and red cap to the bottom and top of the cyclex-d.
